Sales Consultant

The company is currently seeking Sales Consultants across their NSW region to build upon the remarkable success of the business. With locations spanning the entire state, you'll be assigned to a store conveniently situated near you.
In the role of Sales Consultant, your responsibilities will encompass sales and customer service, involving the attainment of sales targets, resolution of customer complaints and maintaining showroom standards.
The company places a strong emphasis on career advancement, with many Sales Consultants progressing to Store Manager roles, and the potential to later advance to the position of Regional Sales Manager.
The role has the potential to earn an OTE ranging between $100k - $120k, which will include Super, Commissions, Bonuses and Additional Earnings relating to days worked.
To be successful, you should possess prior experience as a Sales Consultant with a demonstrated track record in retail sales. Preference is given to candidates who have excelled in Sales Consultant positions, particularly in sectors like furniture, jewellery sales or high-end luxury brands.
Most important, however, are candidates who have a strong work ethic and show stability, with a strong commitment to their previous roles.#J-18808-Ljbffr
