The opportunities to join our vast team are endless as our company continues to expand; we are always seeking new and motivated individuals to join our team About the Role: Mercedes-Benz Miranda is currently recruiting for a driven and experienced Service Advisor to join our prestigious Service Department. This position is Monday to Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm. Providing outstanding customer service by being the point of contact between the customer and the workshop Coordinating the customer car pick up, cleaning and delivery time Liaising with the customer on estimated completion times, updates and follow up required Confidently and accurately communicating to the customer around their vehicle Preparing invoices and closing allocated repair orders in a timely manner consistent Skills and experience A passion for exceptional customer service Previous experience as an automotive service advisor; ideally within a prestigious Automotive Brand Experience with ERA Net/ Power- highly regarded but not essential Excellent written and verbal communication skills Sound Organisational skills and Time Management Job benefits and perks Paid Birthday Leave Have your birthday day off paid Loyalty Leave - we reward loyalty with additional paid days off Join our state of the art modern facility in Miranda Opportunity to work with a large Family run dealership who has a large community involvement Attractive salary package and commission structure Monday to Friday position A Supportive and Friendly Service Environment If you are ready for the next step in your career and believe you have the right skills, experience and attitude for this role, then APPLY NOW .
