We are seeking an experienced Manager for our power system team in our Support Head Office in Spring Hill, Brisbane. This role offers a great opportunity to mentor a technical team who are hungry for ongoing development and collaboration with our wider power systems group internationally. The ideal candidate will have expertise in: Managing and mentoring a team, ensuring delivery of technical and consulting engagements across transmission, distribution, renewable energy, and related sectors. Personally job managing and overseeing development of power system models and technical studies using industry standard tools (e.g; PSS/E, PSCAD, PowerFactory). Providing specialist technical leadership in power system analysis, modelling, and studies, supporting complex projects and client requirements. Collaborating with management and executive teams to align resources, share best practices, and promote continuous improvement. Maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and compliance in all project activities. Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work both independently and team environment Experience with project management and delivery of successful outcomes Hold or have the ability to attain local Professional Registrations/ Certification Amplitude is proud of building long-term relationships with clients, this is supported by selecting experienced team members who can deliver high-quality consulting outcomes.
