You’ll also hit the ground running to uncover new opportunities, expand our reach, and showcase how EPSA’s tailored solutions — including power generators, hybrid systems, and integrated energy solutions — can truly make a difference. This is a hybrid, field‑based role covering NSW and ACT , with regular travel to visit clients across the region. While our branch is located in Eastern Creek , we’re open to candidates outside of Sydney, based in Wollongong or Newcastle , provided you’re happy to travel to the branch as needed. It’s a big, high‑potential territory, so we’re looking for someone self‑sufficient and proactive who thrives on managing pipelines and delivering results. A typical day might include: Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients (they already love us – you’ll make sure they love us even more) Identifying and converting new business opportunities across multiple industries Building strong relationships with key decision‑makers — becoming the "go‑to" person for all things power solutions Working closely with our technical specialists to deliver fit‑for‑purpose solutions Preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations Hitting (and exceeding) sales targets with pride Keeping your CRM game strong Staying ahead of market trends, customer needs, and competitor moves We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience in account management or B2B sales , ideally within industrial, energy, or heavy equipment sectors Has product knowledge in industrial products, ideally with an electrical background and generator experience Understands solution selling — not just moving commodities Is passionate about building relationships and providing real solutions Loves the thrill of the hunt when it comes to new business development Is self‑motivated, energetic, and driven to smash goals Communicates like a pro — written, verbal, and everything in betweenHas a valid driver’s licence (you’ll be out and about visiting customers) Benefits at EPSA?
