The Opportunity We’re looking for a driven and practical professional to join our team as a Territory Sales & Service Manager. This hands‑on, customer‑facing role combines technical expertise with business growth, giving you the opportunity to work directly with producers across your region. You’ll help install and support DIT’s uDOSE and IoT systems, provide expert advice on livestock nutrition, and grow our presence by identifying new opportunities and strengthening relationships with existing customers. No two days are the same – you’ll be out in the field, solving problems, delivering results, and helping producers adopt sustainable and productive practices. What You’ll Do Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with customers across your assigned region. Install, configure, and troubleshoot uDOSE and IoT‑enabled systems to ensure optimal performance. Provide hands‑on guidance and training for customers in system operation and supplement programs. Identify and pursue new sales opportunities while managing existing accounts to drive regional growth. Educate customers on livestock nutrition, methane‑reducing supplements, and sustainability practices. Gather feedback, testimonials, and insights to support product improvement and marketing initiatives. Represent DIT AgTech at field days, industry events, and networking opportunities. Maintain accurate records of sales, service, and technical activity in HubSpot and other internal systems. Uphold DIT’s safety, QA, and compliance standards in all field and operational activities. What You’ll Bring Practical experience in agricultural sales, field service, or customer support. Technical aptitude with the ability to diagnose and resolve hardware or IoT device issues. Strong understanding of livestock nutrition and farming operations. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship‑building skills. Self‑motivated, independent, and comfortable working in rural and remote locations. Strong organisational and problem‑solving skills, with attention to detail.
