They have built a supportive, collaborative, and team-oriented culture where everybody supports one another and everyone has a voice. Key Responsibilities: Programming & planning – assisting with the development of construction programs, tracking progress, and helping ensure key milestones are achieved. Procurement support – helping prepare subcontractor and supplier packages, reviewing quotes, and supporting selections in line with project needs. Cost control – monitoring project costs, updating registers, and providing basic financial input to support the project team. Resource coordination – organising labour, plant, and materials to keep daily site activities running smoothly. Site management & inspections – supporting day-to-day site operations, conducting inspections, and working closely with supervisors and site teams to maintain quality standards. Safety, environmental & quality compliance – following company HSEQ processes, assisting with documentation, and helping maintain a safe, compliant, and efficient work environment. What You Need to Succeed: Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent Experience in site based roles supporting the construction delivery of civil works, including roads, earthworks, pipelines, etc. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with a range of stakeholders Possess a positive attitude, be well‑organised, and work effectively within a team environment Only candidates who are Australian Citizens, Permanent Residents or hold full‑working rights will be considered.
