Project Manager – Outpatients Services Join Northern Health to lead strategic improvement initiatives across Outpatient Services. This full‑time, fixed‑term (12‑month contract) role will work closely with the Director of Operations to enhance patient access, reduce inefficiencies, and build improvement capability across the organisation. Responsibilities Lead multidisciplinary project teams Drive innovation and continuous improvement Align projects with Northern Health’s strategic priorities Support staff collaboration across departments Embed patient‑centred care in all improvement activities Qualifications – Required Extensive experience in an acute or community health care setting Expert knowledge of the health care sector Strong project management and leadership skills Highly developed written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Ability to manage under pressure and solve complex problems Experience in data analysis and reporting Ability to coach and support implementation of improvement initiatives Tertiary qualification in healthcare, scientific research, project management or related discipline Current Victorian Driver’s Licence and relevant police/working‑with‑children checks Qualifications – Desirable Project management experience in a healthcare setting Experience with patient data systems and consumer engagement Familiarity with redesign methodologies Benefits Health and wellbeing programmes, including the new ‘Thrive’ programme Flexibility in the workplace and extra leave options An inclusive and culturally safe space Access to salary packaging, EAP, online library and onsite car parking Why Join Northern Health?
