As a Management Consultant, you’ll play a hands‑on role in shaping transformation journeys across industries. You’ll work within cross‑functional teams to diagnose complex business challenges, design solutions, and deliver measurable results. This role blends consulting fundamentals with emerging digital and AI capability. You’ll work directly with client stakeholders, contribute to strategy and delivery, and help build the capability needed to sustain change. What You'll Do Consulting & Business Improvement: Lead structured problem‑solving and process‑improvement initiatives to diagnose root causes, design future‑state solutions, and deliver measurable outcomes that create lasting value for clients. AI & Digital Enablement: Identify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and data‑driven insights to enhance performance and decision‑making, while supporting clients in adopting responsible and practical digital solutions. Client Engagement: Build trusted relationships through clear communication, empathy, and presence, facilitating workshops, leading discussions, and delivering insights that guide client decisions with confidence. Industry Expertise: Apply industry understanding, market analysis, and benchmarking to contextualise recommendations, translating trends and sector dynamics into strategies that drive client performance. Capability Development: Strengthen client and team capability by coaching others, sharing learnings, and embedding new ways of working that ensure transformation outcomes are sustainable and scalable. What You'll Bring A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree. 4+ years’ experience in consulting or a related field. Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex challenges and deliver clear recommendations. Proven experience in process improvement, operating model design or digital transformation. Excellent project and program management skills, with a track record of delivering outcomes in complex environments. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, including experience facilitating workshops and engaging senior stakeholders. Awareness of AI, machine learning and automation trends, with the ability to assess opportunities for adoption and translate technical concepts into business impact.
