Make a Real Impact As a Program Assurance Coordinator you’ll play a critical role in safeguarding service quality and compliance across Castle’s operations. You’ll monitor claims and placements, support audits and provide governance oversight to prevent risk and maintain contractual integrity. Your Day-to-Day Will Include Governance & Oversight – Monitor ongoing support servicing, identify risks early and escalate issues promptly. Claims Management – Lodge OS claims accurately and on time and provide coverage for claims and placement support. Risk Monitoring – Track high-value claims and at-risk placements implementing early intervention strategies. Audit & Quality Assurance – Support internal audits, identify gaps and drive continuous improvement in compliance. System Support – Provide practical guidance on CRM and service delivery systems, troubleshoot issues and recommend enhancements.
