This vital position necessitates a commitment to a seven‑day rotating schedule, encompassing morning, evening and night shifts. Ward 5A is a dedicated 24‑bed unit focused on the care of patients with a range of general medical conditions and Stroke care. Recent demonstrated experience in a general medical ward within a hospital. Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a member of a multidisciplinary team. Ability to work unsupervised, proficiently and in an organised manner during periods of high demand. Demonstrated effective communication, organisational and interpersonal skills Pre‑employment conditions Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident or hold a visa with unlimited rights to work in Australia. Successfully complete pre‑employment checks. Checks include reference checks, work rights, criminal history check and WWCC. Provide evidence of immunisation as required for the role.
