All-Rounder – Warehousing, Administration, Sales & Client Support Prime Fire Supplies | Full-Time | NSW Prime Fire Supplies is a small but fast-growing fire protection supplies company. We are looking for a reliable and adaptable All‑Rounder to support the business across warehousing, administration, sales and customer service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and takes initiative. This role requires full‑time availability from Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. About the Role This is a hands‑on, multi‑functional position supporting end‑to‑end business operations, including: Warehousing & Logistics Pick packing, order preparation and dispatch Receiving goods and maintaining warehouse organisation Stock control and inventory updates Administration & Accounts Support Processing invoices, purchase orders and basic accounts tasks Data entry, record management and updating product information Managing emails, scheduling and general administrative support Sales & Customer Support Handling customer enquiries by phone and email Preparing quotes and assisting customers with product selection Following up with clients and maintaining strong business relationships Field Sales Support Attending client visits to generate sales Supporting product demonstrations and account setup Representing Prime Fire Supplies professionally in the field About You Proactive, organised and willing to learn Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities Comfortable working across both warehouse and office environments Experience in warehousing, admin, or sales is preferred but not essential Forklift licence is an advantage but not required What We Offer Opportunity to grow with a developing business Exposure to all areas of operations, sales and customer service Supportive working environment with hands‑on training Stable full‑time role with long‑term potential How to Apply Please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your experience and suitability for the role via SEEK or to *****@primefiresupplies.com.au.
