Role Description We are seeking a motivated Early Childhood Educator to join our small, friendly team. You Will: Engage children (6 months–5 years) in meaningful, age-appropriate experiences Implement and adapt curriculum activities Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff Maintain a clean and safe space throughout the day Contribute ideas to improve our program and service Assist with children aged 5–12 during school holidays What We’re Looking For Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care (or close to completion) Current First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) Working With Children Check Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with children, families, and team members Creativity and willingness to contribute to designing engaging, age-appropriate activities Strong organizational skills to manage daily schedules and maintain accurate records Commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment Highly Regarded Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education Experience contributing to curriculum or service improvements Why You’ll Love Working Here Small Group (approx. 6 children daily) – More time for meaningful interactions Balanced Admin Load – Minimal paperwork so you can focus on children Purpose-Built, Modern Centre – Well-resourced and continually improved Supportive Team – Your ideas and experience are genuinely welcomed Set Weekday Shifts Between 6:30am–5:00pm Well-Developed Curriculum – With flexibility to innovate and contribute Apply Now If you’re an educator who wants a more balanced, meaningful role, we’d love to hear from you.
