The role administers response and matter management regarding notifications of ‘Persons of Concern’. The role provides case management regarding such notifications and the handling of general complaints made by the public and/or church membership. The role conducts reviews of relevant policies and resources, identifies and rectifies procedural/administration gaps and ensures updated processes and documents are readily available. About You We are looking for someone who has: A tertiary qualification in education, social work, the arts, psychology and/or a related field essential. Experience in offenders case management and mediation would be an advantage. Knowledge of best practice complaints handling is preferred. An understanding of the Uniting Church in Australia would be highly regarded.
