Speech Pathologist - $90 per hour Perth based with Outreach opportunities Join to apply for the Speech Pathologist - $90 per hour role at Patches Australia. Overview We are looking for a driven Speech Pathologist to join Patches Australia. The role offers flexibility as an Independent Contractor with opportunities to work in outreach across regional WA and the NT, and to contribute to a diverse client base including disadvantaged individuals and older Australians. The position emphasizes development and delivery of client-centered care plans within a supportive clinical team. Responsibilities Conduct assessments to determine clients' needs and develop care and treatment plans Work with clients to develop goals and objectives for therapy Implement therapeutic activities and exercises to help clients achieve their goals Monitor clients' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Work closely with clients and their families to maximise the benefits of assistive technology and techniques to improve daily living skills Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of clients' progress and treatment plans Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech Pathology Current AHPRA registration and registration with Speech Pathology Australia Current state license to practice as a Speech Pathologist Experience working with clients of all ages and backgrounds (special interests or specialty skills welcome) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills What We Offer Independent Contractor arrangement with competitive terms (50% of billings direct to you; NDIs vary by service and travel; includes Superannuation) Compassionate and efficient scheduling and support officers Support for outreach bookings, travel, and logistics Robust clinical management system (Lumary AH) State-of-the-art clinical offices in Subiaco Clinical support from our paediatricians, clinical psychology, exercise physiology and occupational therapy teams About Patches At Patches we assess performance against client goals.
