The Chief Technology Office (CTO) focuses on architecture services, such as domain architecture blueprints, technology strategy and architecture governance, required to meet our business aspirations both today and for the future. In this role you will : Lead bold transformation – Drive Enterprise Architecture strategies that don’t just support the business, but accelerate it. You’ll design for agility, intelligence, and impact. Architect the future – Define next-gen technical capabilities, challenge convention, and engineer elegant solutions to complex, enterprise-scale problems. Raise the bar – Validate solutions against our Reference Architecture and push the boundaries of what “good” looks like across platforms, systems, and customer journeys. Influence at every level – Partner with senior leaders, product teams, and engineers to shape decisions that will define the next decade of Retail Banking. Inspire change – Lead teams through roadmap design, transition planning, and architecture modernisation that brings cutting-edge technology to life. We’d love to hear from people who are : Experienced Architects with a strong background in technology, financial services, or business consulting — and a passion for solving problems that matter. Enterprise Architecture experts who’ve designed at scale — ideally with deep experience in Retail Banking ecosystems. Strategic thinkers who can turn vision into actionable roadmaps, and have helped organisations navigate technology transformation. Delivery champions who’ve taken major business solutions from whiteboard to production across multiple teams and platforms. Architecture innovators skilled in designing and adopting services-based business architectures that enable agility and growth. Professionally certified in frameworks such as TOGAF and BIAN with a track record of applying them pragmatically in complex environments. Academically grounded , holding tertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
