Architect/Draftsman (3-4 Years Experience) About The Client Our client is a contemporary architectural practice driven by a passion for design excellence and innovation. From concept through to completion, the team is dedicated to crafting spaces that balance creativity with compliance, particularly within the framework of Victoria’s planning regulations. The Role They are seeking a motivated Architect with 3–4 years of industry experience to join the team on a part‑time fixed‑term basis (0.8 FTE). This role offers the opportunity to contribute to diverse projects, from concept design through to construction documentation, while applying a strong understanding of planning frameworks in Victoria. You will be working closely with the team to deliver designs that are both imaginative and practical, ensuring every project meets regulatory requirements while maintaining design integrity. Key Responsibilities Develop and refine architectural designs across residential and community projects. Prepare detailed documentation using AutoCAD, Sketcher, and Revit. Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to achieve project outcomes. Apply knowledge of Victorian planning regulations to guide project delivery. Contribute to design reviews and foster a collaborative studio culture. Skills & Experience 3–4 years of professional architectural experience. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketcher, and Revit essential . Strong understanding of Victorian planning and regulatory frameworks essential . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
