We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the architectural vision, solution design and technical strategy across complex Salesforce programs. In this role, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and developers to design scalable, secure and high‑performing Salesforce solutions that support long‑term business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to drive best‑practice architecture across enterprise‑scale implementations. Base pay range A$200,000.00/yr - A$220,000.00/yr Key Responsibilities Define and own the end-to-end Salesforce architecture , ensuring alignment with business goals and technical standards Lead solution design across Sales, Service, Experience Cloud and custom applications Provide architectural governance, patterns and guidance throughout the project lifecycle Evaluate business requirements and translate them into scalable, future‑proof designs Oversee integration architecture with external systems using APIs, middleware and event‑driven patterns Define data models, security standards, and sharing strategies Create technical design documentation, architecture diagrams and solution roadmaps Collaborate with developers, consultants and BAs to ensure technical delivery quality Provide guidance on DevOps, CI/CD, testing frameworks and release strategy Mentor and support team members across technical and architectural disciplines Engage with senior stakeholders and provide expert‑level Salesforce advice Skills & Experience Must-Have: 7+ years’ experience working across Salesforce platforms Proven experience as a Solution Architect , Technical Architect , or Lead Salesforce Consultant Deep understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and platform capabilities Strong knowledge of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows and best‑practice design patterns Demonstrated experience in integration architectures (REST/SOAP APIs, Mulesoft, event‑driven frameworks, etc.) Strong understanding of data modelling, security architecture and multi‑org strategies Ability to produce clear technical documentation and architecture artefacts Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certifications (or actively working towards) Nice-to-Have: Experience with Marketing Cloud, OmniStudio, Public Sector Solutions or Industry Clouds TOGAF or similar architecture frameworks Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery environments Platform Architect certification (highly regarded) What’s in It for You Opportunity to lead high‑impact, enterprise‑level Salesforce programs Hybrid working environment with Melbourne CBD team collaboration Work within a high‑performing Salesforce practice Clear pathways toward CTA‑level growth and advancement Access to ongoing training, certifications and professional development Seniority level Mid‑Senior level Employment type Full‑time Job function Design Industries IT Services and IT Consulting and Professional Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
