As Venue Manager of Parkview Hotel, you'll be at the heart of creating an exceptional customer experience and a thriving team culture. Leading from the front, you'll inspire and support your team to deliver outstanding service, drive performance, and build a strong sense of community. What We're Looking For: Proven experience as a Venue Manager or in a senior leadership role within the hospitality industry. Strong financial acumen and experience in budgeting and forecasting. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead by example and inspire your team to deliver excellence. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and make timely decisions. A proactive, hands‑on approach with a passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a lot of hands on work on the bar and being the face of the business. Proficient in using various hospitality management software and point-of-sale systems. A thorough understanding of health, safety, and licensing regulations applicable to the hospitality industry. Current Australian work rights are essential for this position. Tasks & responsibilities Oversee daily operations across all departments, ensuring a seamless guest experience. Lead, motivate, and develop a high‑performing team. Drive revenue growth through innovative strategies, creating unique events and exceptional customer service. Manage budgets and financial reporting, ensuring cost controls are in place. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and health & safety requirements. Foster relationships with the local community and enhance the hotel's reputation.
