The Role As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in supporting the Restaurant Manager with day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. You’ll lead by example, fostering a positive team culture, coaching team members, and inspiring them to achieve their best. Key Responsibilities Managing shifts and maintaining high food and service standards. Handling customer feedback and supporting the team to achieve performance goals. Skills & Qualifications Preferred, but not essential, leadership experience in casual dining or a fast-paced environment. Proven ability to inspire, coach, and motivate team members. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passion for delivering high-quality food and customer service. Strong problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach.
