You will provide timely, comprehensive, and multidisciplinary expert rehabilitation care to geographically isolated communities. Lead, mentor, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Play a key role in service delivery for a growing regional population A vibrant regional city with excellent schools, cafes, and cultural activities Live in a friendly, well-connected community with affordable housing and short commutes Competitive remuneration – Salary Package $322,030 – $423,490 (commensurate with experience) The Role You will have the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, multidisciplinary team. As a Consultant in Rehabilitation Medicine, you will: Lead and work as part of a multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality rehabilitation care. Provide clinical consultancy, including via Telehealth platforms where appropriate. Participate in teaching, continuing education, research, and quality improvement initiatives. Contribute to on‑call rosters and provide timely response on site as required. Support and mentor junior staff while maintaining effective communication across teams. Requirements To be eligible, you must: Hold Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) or An equivalent overseas specialist qualification (CCT – UK, CSCST – Ireland, ABIM – USA, RCPSC – Canada, Vocational Registration – NZ) with a recent RACP college outcome Be eligible for specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia (AHPRA) Demonstrate strong clinical, teaching, and communication skills The Location Dubbo is one of New South Wales’ most vibrant and fast‑growing regional centres.
