The Role Reporting into the Investment team, the Investment Associate will play a key role across financial modelling, project finance, investment analysis, and capital‑raising initiatives. You’ll gain end‑to‑end exposure to the renewable investment lifecycle, from model build and due diligence through to construction oversight and portfolio monitoring, while working closely with senior leadership on investment and financing activities. You will contribute to strategy development, prepare investor materials, and engage with lenders, advisors, and co‑investors to support the continued growth of the platform. Key Responsibilities Develop robust financial models for internally developed solar, wind and BESS projects, as well as portfolio/platform transactions - including equity and mezzanine structures. Support project finance processes: lender cases, due diligence, structuring, and preparation of Investment Committee and Board papers. Prepare investor-facing materials (teasers, IMs, pitch decks); evaluate financing options; maintain relationships with banks, investors, and advisors. Assess M&A opportunities, partnerships, alternate growth pathways; contribute to platform funding strategies and investment frameworks. Help embed stage‑gate processes and strategic initiatives across the platform. Track portfolio and construction‑stage asset performance, risks and budgets. Assist with acquisitions, joint development agreements, government offtake tenders, and revenue mechanism analysis. Ideal Candidate 3-6 years’ experience in investment banking, infrastructure funds, project finance, corporate finance, or consulting. Strong financial modelling and transaction execution capability. Degree in Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field. Understanding of energy infrastructure markets and the renewable ecosystem. Highly analytical and detail‑oriented; structured problem solver with a long‑term outlook. Resilient, adaptable, collaborative, and commercially curious.
