Our office in Southport is expanding, and we’re looking for experienced recruiters to join our team — both Blue Collar specialists (labour hire and trades) and White Collar specialists (construction management, estimating, contracts admin, and business support). The Opportunity We’re seeking Senior Recruitment Consultants who want more than just another desk. You’ll get full autonomy to run your market, build client relationships your way, and directly influence the growth of your division. Whether your strength lies in fast-paced blue‑collar labour hire or relationship‑driven white‑collar placements , we’ll back you with brand strength, systems, and the trust to grow. If you’ve ever wanted to step up into leadership, mentor junior consultants, or shape a high‑performing team — this is your chance.
