The Sr Manager of Products and Platforms will lead and oversee the end-to-end operations of the organization's platform systems for the APAC region. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of platform technologies, transaction processing, compliance, and risk management. The successful candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure seamless, efficient, and secure operations, contributing to a superior customer experience and the company’s financial health. What you'll do & how you'll make your mark. 1) Leadership & Strategy: Develop and execute strategies for processing systems and workflows. Lead a team of product managers, providing coaching, guidance, and performance management. Stay informed on industry trends, technologies, and regulatory changes to drive continuous improvement. 2) Billing & CRM System Management: Oversee the implementation, operation, and maintenance of processing systems. Collaborate with IT, finance, and product teams to integrate solutions with organizational platforms. Identify and resolve issues in payment workflows to minimize downtime and transaction errors. 3) Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure all processing activities comply with relevant regulations, such as PCI DSS, AML, and other industry standards. Develop and enforce risk mitigation strategies, fraud detection measures, and security protocols. 4) Vendor & Partner Relations: Manage relationships with payment processors, banks, and other financial partners. Negotiate contracts and service agreements to achieve cost efficiency and superior service levels. 5) Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate system performance and team effectiveness. Prepare and present detailed reports on payment processing trends, issues, and opportunities. 6) Customer Experience: Work closely with customer support teams to address payment-related inquiries or issues. Ensure that payment systems support a seamless and user-friendly customer experience. Who you are & what you'll need to succeed. Experience with billing systems, CRM systems, payment gateways, merchant accounts, or fintech solutions.
