Finance Business Partner – NSW Trustee and Guardian Ongoing vacancy. 35 hours per week. Location: Parramatta. Flexible and hybrid working options available. Clerk Grade: 7/8. $113,574 to $125,720 per annum, plus superannuation, plus leave loading. About The Team The Financial Performance and Investments Division provides a full range of financial services including budgeting, procurement, customer accounts, property management, financial planning, taxation and investment management services. About The Role Shape strategic decisions by providing expert financial analysis, advice, and insights that influence outcomes across the agency. Collaborate with leaders including divisional directors and cost centre managers to develop budgets, forecast trends, and ensure sound financial management. Drive impact every day through hands‑on work in budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis, helping teams make informed, data‑driven choices. Play a pivotal role in the bigger picture by strengthening financial sustainability and supporting the agency’s mission to deliver exceptional services to the community. A proven track record of successful finance business partnering delivering commercial and operational improvements. Essential Requirements Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and in a relevant discipline or industry in the finance field.
