Senior Finance Business Partner – NSW Trustee and Guardian Ongoing vacancy. 35 hours per week. Location: Parramatta. Flexible and hybrid working options available. Clerk Grade: 9/10. $129,464 to $142,665 per annum, plus superannuation, plus leave loading. About The Team The Financial Performance and Investments Division provides a full range of financial services including budgeting, procurement, customer accounts, property management, financial planning, taxation and investment management services. About The Role Shape the future – Drive strategic financial decisions to optimise resources and deliver impactful outcomes. Partner with leaders – Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing insights to tackle challenges and enable growth. Lead key processes – Own budgeting, forecasting, and analysis, turning data into actionable insights for operational excellence. Make an impact – Ensure financial sustainability and strategic alignment to support major initiatives and better community services. About You A proactive, strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen who collaborates effectively, challenges ideas constructively, and drives organisational improvement. Experienced in FP&A, naturally curious and highly adept with data. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement, with collaborative leadership to develop the thinking and practice in the team and across the Agency. A proven track record of successful finance business partnering delivering commercial and operational improvements. Essential Requirements Tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent knowledge, skills and experience in a relevant discipline or industry in the finance field.
