About You We're looking for an experienced employment lawyer with 8+ years PQE who is ready for a new challenge and take on contract work. Ideally, you've trained with a well-regarded firm and have worked in-house. You have strong experience working with employment law issues and you think like an in-house advisor. Importantly, you enjoy turning your hand to new things that come up. You are commercially‑minded, pro‑active and flexible with strong technical skills. Key Skills Industrial relations WHS / OHS Appearance work at the Fair Work Commission General protection and unfair dismissal claims Bullying claims Anti‑discrimination / equal opportunity compliance and claims defence Workplace investigations Proven Experience Working collaboratively with colleagues within the legal team and with internal clients Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Why Join Our Team?
