What you will do: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the aseptic dispensing service, ensuring the safe and effective use of resources and timely preparation of medications. Support the management and organisation of aseptic services, ensuring all products comply with stringent standards and are delivered promptly. Assist the Aseptic Services Accountable Pharmacist in maintaining compliance with Section 10 Exemption and National Standards for delivering a secure aseptic service. Implement training programs in aseptic preparation, equipping staff with the necessary skills for efficiency and safety. Conduct clinical screening of prescriptions consistent with best clinical practices and local regulations. Participate in project and development work for the aseptic dispensing service and the larger cancer care pharmacy team, ensuring continuous improvement and adherence to high standards.
