Integrated Family Support Services Worker - Multiple Positions Youth, Family & Community Connections Inc. – Devonport TAS Are you an experienced Family Support Worker passionate about making a difference for families with high and complex needs? This is your opportunity to join YFCC’s Integrated Family Support Services (IFSS) Team. YFCC is a values‑driven organisation focused on safety, respect, inclusion, and innovation. We believe every family has the ability to achieve their goals. The IFSS team works collaboratively to provide early intervention and tailored support strategies for families with complex needs. Our goal is to strengthen family capacity, safety, and wellbeing while reducing involvement with Child Safety Services. Positions .8FTE Maternity Leave Cover .8FTE Ongoing Ongoing employment is subject to continued program funding (current funding to 30 June 2026). Candidates for IFSS roles must hold a degree in social work or a relevant discipline. Experience working with ‘at‑risk’ families and children will also be considered favourably. (Please note: A separate recruitment process will occur for a part‑time Diploma‑qualified support role to assist the team.) Remuneration Package Includes Salary – $51 per hour Training and professional development provision Practice supervision Salary packaging Motor vehicle Requirements YFCC is a child‑safe organization.
