About the Role We’re looking for an experienced, creative and digital-focused Graphic & UX/UI Designer to help align the Our Cow brand across every touch point. In this role, you’ll work closely with our Marketing and Technology teams to design high-quality digital assets, improve our user experience, build landing pages, create paid social static assets, email assets and keep our brand looking sharp and consistent as we grow. It’s a hands‑on role with loads of variety. You’ll design across website, social, email, campaigns and print, while also helping to improve how customers move through our online store. Key Responsibilities Digital Design & Campaigns Designing social content, website banners, and organic digital ad assets Creating visual assets for Meta, TikTok, email and other platforms Designing engaging creative for campaigns and product launches Owning the design process, from start to finish, across new campaign roll‑outs UX/UI & Website Experience Reviewing our current user experience and identifying sticking points Building wireframes, prototypes, landing pages and product pages Designing layouts that improve navigation, conversion and clarity Testing and benchmarking new pages against existing performance Working closely with our Tech team to bring ideas to life Brand & Creative Keeping our brand consistent across every customer touch point Helping tell the Our Cow story through strong visual design Maintaining and elevating our visual identity across all channels Photo Shoots & Print Leading or assisting with product photo shoots as needed Designing print collateral (booklets, flyers, event assets) Supporting brand activations and collaborations as they arise About You We’re looking for someone who is: At least 5+ years into their design career Strong in digital design with a solid understanding of e‑commerce performance Confident in UX/UI thinking with experience improving user flows Skilled in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva Comfortable designing across mobile, web, social, email and print A clear communicator who works well with others Able to jump between projects and handle fast turnarounds Detail‑focused, organised and passionate about clean, modern design Great attitude, energetic, and excited to be part of a fast‑growing Aussie brand About Us Our Cow is an Aussie, farmer‑led business delivering grass fed and free‑range meat to families all over the country.
