Senior Manager Systems Management

In this role you’ll Provide leadership and oversight of system governance, administration and assurance to support the Digital & Systems team Lead the effective delivery, operation and strategic alignment of technology systems, while ensuring governance framework and processes remain current and aligned with business needs Develop, coach and mentor a high performing team and function Manage vendor relationships, operational technology budgets and system compliance activities Be a trusted partner with business leaders and IT stakeholders to drive system integrity, security and continuous improvement This is a permanent Transport Senior Service Manager (TSSM) role with an attractive total remuneration package on offer Please see the role description and Information Pack for more information. About you You have extensive experience leading systems management, governance and assurance while ensuring compliance and operational efficiency. You are a demonstrated leader that can influence and inspire a high performing team and key stakeholders and build a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement. You communicate well and build strong and trusted relationships. You are also highly adaptable to change in a dynamic environment, with the ability to anticipate challenges and drive proactive solutions.
