About the role Provide instrumental music tuition for individual students in Years 3 to 6 in Percussion (Drums). Assist in concerts, recitals and performances. Casual position. Commitment to maximising student learning as demonstrated through the delivery of high-quality instrumental music tuition. An up to date and thorough understanding of principles and practices related to student learning strategies. Capacity to grow and develop the Instrumental Music Program through enthusiasm and commitment. Capacity to develop sustained and trusting relationships with staff members, students and parents. Willingness to work together with other Instrumental Music Tutors as part of a cohesive, supportive team. Exceptional organisational, administrative and time management skills. Understanding of and commitment to the ethos of Christian school education. Current Working with Children Check.
