Production Line Worker

Our Essilor production team in Silverwater is dedicated to manufacturing high-quality optical lenses, carefully crafting each order with precision and attention to detail to meet the exact specifications and unique needs of every patient. We currently have a position available for a Production Line Worker to join our dynamic team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for supporting the day‑to‑day production process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and the highest quality standards are consistently met. Why us? Your responsibilities Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe workplace for yourself and the team. Operate production machinery accurately and efficiently, following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Maintain high-quality standards by checking your work and ensuring products meet specifications. Help the team meet daily production targets by supporting workflow and optimising machine use. Be flexible and willing to learn new skills across different areas of the production line. Take care of equipment by performing basic maintenance and reporting any issues promptly. About you Experience in assembly work or fast‑paced manufacturing/production lines. Ability to work on a line (on their feet or sitting) for extended periods (approximately 7 hours per day).
