Let's make a meaningful difference, together Your part in our Wesley Hospital team As an Allied Health Assistant you will be involved with assisting patients to the gym for physiotherapy and occupational health treatments in our Day Rehabilitation and Inpatient Rehabilitation units. You will work collaboratively with the team to deliver individual treatments and group programs; providing clinical support under the supervision of the Allied Health Professional to ensure the provision of efficient and effective service to patients. Other duties will also include assisting in the management and maintenance of equipment and supplies and clerical and administrative duties as required. What makes a difference for us? Cert III or IV in Allied Health Assistant OR current 2nd year Allied Health degree student Previous experience as an Allied Health Assistant - highly desirable Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships Ability to work cooperatively within a large multi-disciplinary team Willingness to obtain required vaccinations in line with hospitals infection control requirements What makes a difference for you?
