Personal Care Assistant – Dandenong Regis Aged Care is hiring for a permanent part‑time Personal Care Assistant at our Dandenong Home located at 5 Bakers Road, Dandenong VIC. Overview Regis Aged Care supports over 10,000 residents and clients across aged care homes, home care, retirement living, day therapy and day respite centres. This role provides meaningful, hands‑on care that empowers residents to live with independence and dignity. Our continuity‑of‑carer model ensures you build lasting relationships with the individuals you support. Responsibilities Provide proactive care that enriches residents’ daily life. Support residents’ choices and independence. Deliver personalised care following Regis Aged Care best practice. Qualifications A true passion for caring for others. Relevant credential – Certificate III or higher in Individual Support, Nursing, or related health/care studies. Prior experience as a personal carer in aged care is a big plus; new to the field will receive comprehensive training. A commitment to delivering personalised holistic care that supports residents to achieve their goals.
