Learn more about us and discover other exciting opportunities at Key Responsibilities Supervising and coordinating daily operational activities on the Trading Floor. Managing a team of operational staff to ensure productivity and efficiency. Implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs) for operational tasks. Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring accurate stock management. Collaborating with other departments to streamline logistical processes and improve overall efficiency. Identifying areas for improvement in operational processes and implementing solutions. Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations within the trading environment. Main Tasks Oversee the receiving, storing, and dispatching of products within the Trading Floor. Allocate resources effectively to meet operational demands while maintaining cost efficiency. Provide guidance and support to operational staff, including training and development initiatives. Monitor performance metrics and generate reports on operational KPIs for management review. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a fast-paced logistics or trading environment Demonstrated ability to effectively manage and motivate a team to achieve operational targets Strong understanding of trading floor operations and logistics processes Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders Proficient in utilising relevant technology and systems to track, analyse, and report on operational performance Sound decision-making capabilities and problem-solving skills to address operational challenges efficiently Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic and high-pressure work environment A keen eye for detail and a commitment to upholding quality standards across all operational activities #J-18808-Ljbffr
