Principal Consultant (Microsoft Security)Position Summary:Principal Consultants are responsible for working with sales and other staff to interpret key business goals & strategies to define, design and implement solutions for customers while providing trusted advice and consulting including contributing to the development of new product and service offerings.Key Responsibilities:Technical Leadership / Engagement ManagementAssist with the development and execution of the practice strategy and initiativesIdentify and investigate new technology and methods for delivery to clientsIdentify education requirements and programs for technical enablementCreate and deliver presentations to clients on technical subjectsDevelopment of technical patterns and strategiesImplement solutions leveraging vendor deployment and security best practicesDirectly support sales engagements with both internal and 3rd party salespeopleWorking in an Advisory role for developing customer strategiesProvide input to Capability Leads and Heads of Practice regarding the technical direction and customer insightsManage effective handover of proposed solutions to delivery teams.Identify new pre-sales activities with new and existing clients for the development of new opportunitiesProvide SME assistance to sales team by meeting with clients and demonstrating our abilities and understanding of our capabilities and enterprise environmentsDevelop proposals and pricing for services, contribute to RFI/RFP/EOI and proposalsAttend marketing events and engage with attendees and/or provide presentations on behalf of Wipro SheldeAbility to identify trends within their practice relating to products and services and communicate them effectivelyCreate & design high level solutions to meet customer requirements and business objectivesPresent proposed solutions to customer stakeholders (business and technical) and 3rd partiesProvide coaching and mentorship for technical skill development of other consultantsMaintain a strong understanding and point of view on IT industry trends and be prepared to share knowledge with both internal and external partiesRepresent Wipro in all public and client environmentsKnowledge sharing within the teamSoft SkillsStrong communication – written and verbalStrong document writing and document quality assurance capabilitiesStrong presentation skills for public forums and workshop audiencesAbility to develop/improve processesAbility to identify and develop sales opportunitiesAbility to manage workload is essential.Ability to drive outcomes and extract information from project teamsAbility to work both unsupervised/independently and as part of a teamStrong risk management ability to assess projects, clients and environments for risks that may impact the business.More than 5 years technical experience with Microsoft Azure Security technologiesStrong hands-on experience with technical implementation of Microsoft (Azure, Purview, M365) projects as SME and/or engagement leadExperience in large enterprise environments as an architect or domain specialistExperience working with tier one organisations and/or GovernmentEffectively communicate with and influence technical and senior non-technical audiencesGood breadth of knowledge across all IT domains including EUC, Compute, Network, Security.Ability to tailor messaging according to audience: C-level stakeholders to technical architectsSuperior inter-personal and communication skills.Ability to generate trusted professional relationships with customers, third parties and internally.Able to blend innovative technologies with pragmatic design and act as trusted technology advisor to customers.Provide leadership in articulating technology architectures, both current, transition and future stateVendor certifications cloud and Microsoft preferred (e.g., MCP, MCSE, M365, Azure)Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Mathematics desirableWhy WIpro SheldeWe pride ourselves on creating an inclusive workplace that provides equal opportunities to all persons regardless of their age, cultural background, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, disability, veteran status, or anything else.Benefits @ Wipro SheldeGlobal Travel & Relocation opportunities.Quarterly bonus/variable pay.Quarterly Career Progression Reviews.Novated Lease & Salary Sacrifice.Reduced Corporate Healthcare Rates.Financial Advisory & Banking Benefits.Free Ongoing training and development to help you reach your full potential.Collaborative team - positive and empathetic people who love to laugh either through social distancing in the office or virtually from homeTeam building, fun activities, and social events.Your application will include the following questions:
