In this role, you will create and curate engaging content across departmental channels, manage editorial calendars, and analyse insights to enhance performance. You’ll prepare high-quality materials including briefs, reports, scripts and digital collateral, while contributing to a collaborative team culture that values reflection, learning and celebrating success. Responsibilities Create and curate engaging content that meets audience needs for department‑owned channels including social media, online, blogs and other digital placements. Create and maintain editorial calendar and syndication schedules. Capture and analyse appropriate data/metrics, insights and industry trends to continuously improve content performance. Prepare high‑quality materials, including multimedia project briefs, reports, scripts, talking points and digital articles and collateral.
