About the opportunity We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Engagement and Partnerships Lead to join our team. This role focuses on building strong, trusted relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities, ensuring our services are culturally appropriate, safe, inclusive, and accessible. Key Responsibilities Lead and support engagement with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities. Build and strengthen relationships with community leaders, health organisations, and key stakeholders. Advocate for continuous improvement of our services based on community feedback. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure culturally appropriate messaging and engagement activities. Qualifications and Experience Deep understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultures, communities, and health needs. Proven experience in engaging with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples and communities in a respectful and culturally safe manner. Strong track record of building trusted relationships and partnerships with community leaders and health organisations. Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Eligibility This employment opportunity is identified for Aboriginal or Torres Strait Island peoples.
