State Sales Manager – VIC/SA/TAS Based in our Mitcham, Melbourne office, you will lead sales performance, drive growth, and manage key customer relationships across the region. This role plays a critical part in delivering GF’s commercial strategy while leading and developing a high‑performing sales team. Why Join GF? Key Responsibilities: Drive regional sales performance by developing and executing VIC/SA/TAS sales strategies to achieve revenue, margin, and market-share targets, including pipeline management and forecasting. Lead key customer and distributor relationships, acting as the senior escalation point, negotiating high-value deals, and identifying growth opportunities within existing and new accounts. Provide technical and solution-based leadership, collaborating with Product, Technical, and Production teams to deliver customised customer solutions and successfully introduce new GF products to market. Identify and develop new business opportunities, building a strong pipeline through market analysis, prospecting, project identification, and strategic account expansion. About you: Proven sales leader with 5–10 years’ experience in B2B sales, including a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within piping, HVAC, oil & gas, industrial, or other technical product environments. Strong commercial and technical capability, with a track record of solution selling and managing key customer accounts. Confident negotiator with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and close high-value deals. Excellent people leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable travelling across VIC/SA/TAS.
