What’s the gig? The Employee Experience Coordinator provides essential operational support across the employee lifecycle. You’ll ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, and off‑boarding processes, maintain accurate data, and support day‑to‑day employee queries. By coordinating key employee experience activities and contributing to process improvements, you help create a positive and consistent employee experience that supports ACF’s mission and values. About you You are an experienced HR or People & Culture professional with a strong background in coordination and detail. You have managed end‑to‑end HR processes, provided first‑line advisory support, and contributed to improvements that strengthen the employee experience. You are confident in leading recruitment logistics and coordinating onboarding and off‑boarding programs. You understand how these processes shape the employee journey and are committed to ensuring they are consistent, values‑aligned, and positive experiences for all. You bring advanced skills in HRIS management and data integrity, ensuring accuracy and compliance across systems and reporting. Your ability to interpret complex information and advise on compliance requirements, including WHS principles and frameworks, makes you a trusted partner in supporting organisational wellbeing. You are known for excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities, resolving queries fairly and sensitively, anticipating stakeholder needs, and encouraging input from diverse perspectives. Most importantly, you are passionate about employee experience and deeply aligned with ACF’s mission and values. You understand how a positive and consistent employee journey contributes to organisational strategy and long‑term impact and you’re excited to help shape a workplace where people feel supported, inspired and empowered to drive bold change for nature and climate.
