The Role We're looking for a motivated, reliable, and hands‑on team member to step into a role that blends vending machine operations, basic technical servicing, and warehouse support. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, solving small problems, and taking ownership of their route and responsibilities. We are open to two types of candidates: Someone who wants to grow, learn technical skills, and step into more responsibility over time A steady, consistent operator who enjoys routine, structure, and being the dependable backbone of the team Both paths are valuable to us — and we're willing to invest in the right person, whichever direction suits them best. Key Responsibilities Refill and maintain vending machines along your designated route Keep machines clean, presentable, and fully stocked Perform basic troubleshooting, diagnostics, and minor repairs (full training provided) Collect, reconcile, and record cash in line with company procedures Support warehouse operations, including pre‑kitting, inventory checks, and stock organisation Communicate professionally with clients and internal teams Contribute to a positive, reliable, customer‑focused team culture Mandatory Requirements Current driver's licence and reliable transportation Ability to obtain a Working With Children Check and Police Check Physically fit and comfortable lifting up to 20kg Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail Reliable, punctual, self‑motivated, and comfortable working independently Willingness to learn basic technical servicing (no prior experience required) Must have Australian work rights Working With Children Check and Police Check must be completed before starting employment What We Offer Competitive salary ($65k) + bonuses + 12% super Company vehicle and phone Full‑time hours with a consistent, stable roster Comprehensive training across servicing, diagnostics, and machine management Clear growth pathways into technical service, route leadership, or warehouse management (if desired) A supportive, professional team environment that genuinely recognises good work and reliability #J-18808-Ljbffr
