Field Replenishment Merchandiser (Vending Machines) We are seeking an experienced Replenishment Merchandiser to join our team on a casual basis in Melbourne. If you are someone who has planogram merchandising experience, and who likes to keep active and the flexibility in working hours, this role is for you Roles Available Werribee – 3 visits per week (Monday, Wednesday, Friday = approx. 12 hours weekly) About Us POP MART, founded in 2010, is an industry‑leading pop culture and art toy company, aiming to light up passion and bring joy to all. In this role, you will work across your designated region and surrounding suburbs to fill, merchandise and maintain our Roboshops (Vending machines) to ensure our popular blind box products are easily accessible and shoppable. As we are in the expansion stage, this role at times will also be responsible for setting up new Roboshops in the future, at various locations after hours. Reporting to our Roboshop Operations Manager, you will receive technical training and support needed to complete replenishment, stock pick‑up and setting up of new vending machines. Key Responsibilities Travel to Distribution Centre to pick up replenishment stock Confirm the quantities of stock at the warehouse and make sure the number is correct before delivering stock to all vending machines Transport stock to vending machines in your designated area Replenish stock for vending machines (at least 3 times a week, Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays – can visit any time during the day that suits you) Check and report the operating and presentation status for vending machines, ensuring machines are cleaned and immaculate presentation standards are met Report stock level feedback or issues to Operations Manager Merchandise the vending machine product to the current planogram Log in to vending machine computer to update the digital catalogue to match the updated planogram and stock quantities Photograph the machine and complete report to manager Dispose of rubbish and ensure a clean area for customers to shop our vending machine Qualifications Experience in physical merchandising and planogram compliance Physically able to lift stock boxes up to 5‑10kg and push stock on a trolley Own a smart phone, ability to photograph work and provide detailed report Must have a Driver’s Licence Fluency in English, while bi‑lingual in Mandarin is an advantage (not a deal breaker) Confident communication skills and ability to assist customers while on site Well‑presented and ready to represent our brand Reliable, punctual and able to effectively manage your time Flexible availability and able to deliver to our schedules Regular and consistent weekly hours Own a small van, SUV or wagon to collect and transport our stock (medium‑sized boxes, any vehicle with a large and covered boot) Experience of setting up new Roboshops after hours Benefits Career growth – the perfect time to join us as we expand rapidly across Australia and New Zealand (4‑5 new stores per year) Job security – Pop Mart has become a global sensation, now with 550 stores worldwide, we are growing strong Monthly product incentives (following successful probation) Tools of the trade: trolley and cleaning equipment Hourly pay + Super + Mileage allowance Flexible working hours on your designated days, conduct your visits around other commitments For a confidential discussion or should you have any questions about this position, please contact our Talent Acquisition Specialist Daniel, on *** or email: ************@popmart.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
