About the Role As an Allocations & Replenishment Analyst, you'll play a key role in ensuring the right Skechers product reaches the right store at the right time. Your analytical skills and commercial awareness will help drive sales, maximise profitability, and optimise inventory productivity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, spotting trends, and making decisions that directly influence business results. Your key responsibilities Allocation of stock to stores. Monitoring and managing receipts and deliveries into store and DC. Monitoring warehouse stock and managing replenishment to stores. Analysing sales trends and identifying opportunities and risks. Size, store and profile analysis. Consolidation of best sellers / last pairs and fragmented lines. Analysing impacts of allocation decisions and making recommendations as a result. Communication to stores and Retail Team. Co-ordination of New Stores Stock Package. To succeed in this role, you will need to have the following : Preferably 2 years of experience in allocation. Ability to understand data and analytics and make recommendations as a result. A good understanding of merchandise inventory basics. Ability to take a proactive approach and think strategically.
