Job Description About the Role Coty is a global leader in the beauty industry whose portfolio includes top brands such as Covergirl, Max Factor, Rimmel, Sally Hansen and many more. Working in partnership with Coty, Clemenger Field Marketing is looking for an enthusiastic and proactive Casual Sales Merchandiser covering the Glen Waverley, Bentliegh, Carnegie and surrounding suburbs. Offering approximately 10–20 hours per week across Monday‑Friday, the role involves managing a territory of stores and completing a wide range of tasks that provide sales solutions for our client and drive sales through product exposure. These tasks include ticketing, creating POS displays, ensuring products are displayed neatly in accordance with the provided layout (Planogram) and liaising with store staff and negotiating shelf space with store managers. Responsibilities Creating Point‑of‑Sale Displays (POS) Implementing Planograms Ticketing & pricing of stock Shelf management Negotiating shelf space Data reporting and feedback Qualifications Access to a reliable car and a current Australian Driver’s Licence Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with stores High level of attention to detail Computer / tablet literacy Previous merchandising or retail experience is desirable Reasonable physical fitness; able to occasionally lift and carry up to 10 kg and stand for long periods of time Great time‑management and a positive attitude Seniority Level Not Applicable Employment Type Temporary Job Function Marketing and Sales Industries Marketing Services Application If you want to be a part of an energetic team, submit your application along with your resume by clicking on the “Apply Now”.
