Job Duties In this vital role, your key responsibilities will include: Meeting personal and team KPIs across daily, weekly, and monthly targets. Maintaining accurate records of all activities in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. Professionally handling queries from both clients and candidates. Sourcing and engaging top-tier healthcare professionals in specialized divisions. Managing end-to-end recruitment processes, including advertising, interviewing, and offering roles. Partnering with our Central Compliance team to ensure regulatory standards are met. Conducting regular Candidate Care calls to gather feedback and strengthen relationships. Adhering to company policies and compliance requirements specific to clients. Job Requirements To be successful in this role, candidates should meet these requirements: A minimum of one year of recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare or similar industries. Confidence in managing the full 360 recruitment process. Residence in Sydney with full work rights. Experience in either Temporary/Contract or Permanent recruitment sectors. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
