We’d love to hear from you 360 Recruitment Consultant: Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience (healthcare or similar industries preferred). Confident managing the full 360 recruitment process - from business development to placement. Must be living in Sydney with Full work rights. Salary Range: $70,000 – $90,000 (Depending on your level of experience) We’re seeking recruiters across all desk types: Temp & Contract Billers : fast-paced, relationship-driven recruiters who love the challenge of quick turnarounds, and focused on delivering activity. Permanent Billers : strategic consultants who enjoy building long-term partnerships and placing exceptional talent quarter to quarter. Key Responsibilities Meet personal and team KPIs across daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly targets. Maintain accurate records of all activity within our CRM. Handle client and candidate queries with professionalism and care. Source and engage top-tier healthcare professionals across our specialist divisions. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes: advertising, interviewing, and generating offers. Partner with our Central Compliance team to ensure all placements meet quality and regulatory standards. Conduct regular Candidate Care calls to gather feedback and strengthen relationships. Adhere to company policies and client-specific compliance requirements. Why Join SustainHealth?
