Connect Staffing Group is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in our Maitland, NSW office. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a vital role in connecting top talent with exciting opportunities across the health and aged care sector. Working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, you will utilise your expertise to source, screen and place the best candidates for our clients. What you'll be doing Developing and maintaining an extensive network of candidates across Australia for various temp and contract roles across the health and aged care sector Sourcing, screening and interviewing high-quality candidates to fill our clients' vacancies Managing the end to end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding Providing an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Building strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs Delivering exceptional service to uphold our reputation as a trusted recruitment partner. What we're looking for 2+ years' experience as a Recruitment Consultant, Resourcer or similar role Proven track record of sourcing and placing talented candidatesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong relationship-building skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Enthusiasm, drive and a competitive spirit Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards and social media platforms Must have Australian work rights What we offer At Connect Staffing Group, we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
