About The Role The Pastoral Care Coordinator, know internally as the House Coordinator, provides leadership and guidance within their assigned House, fostering a supportive and connected community that promotes student wellbeing and engagement. Responsible to the Deputy Principal – Wellbeing and the Head of Student Wellbeing, this role plays a key part in supporting the pastoral welfare of both students and staff. As a Middle Leader and exemplary teacher, the Pastoral Care Coordinator drives initiatives that enhance personal growth and learning outcomes, working collaboratively with the Leadership and Pastoral Teams to develop and implement whole-school wellbeing goals. Responsibilities Lead and guide the assigned House community. Promote student wellbeing and engagement. Work with Deputy Principal–Wellbeing and Head of Student Wellbeing. Drive initiatives enhancing personal growth and learning outcomes. Collaborate with Leadership and Pastoral Teams to implement whole‑school wellbeing goals.
