Guide the pastoral program within your House, support staff in responding to student needs, and drive initiatives that strengthen relationships and engagement. Role Details Title: Pastoral Care Coordinator (House Coordinator) Employment Status: Full‑timeEligibility: Australian Citizen or Permanent ResidentSalary: $149,107 plus superannuationStart Date: January 2026, Term One Responsibilities Provide leadership and guidance within assigned House, fostering a supportive and connected community that promotes student wellbeing and engagement. Support the Deputy Principal – Wellbeing and the Head of Student Wellbeing in pastoral welfare of students and staff. Drive initiatives that enhance personal growth and learning outcomes, collaborating with Leadership and Pastoral teams to implement whole‑school wellbeing goals. Act as a middle leader and exemplary teacher, contributing to professional development and coaching practices.
