You will have strong communication skills, experience in liaising with stakeholders and the ability to work in a dynamic environment. You will be able to coach and support team members. The Senior Advisor also contributes to timely and effective strategic advice on operational, service delivery and procedure issues. This advertisement is for two vacant AO6 Senior Advisor positions under the Policy and Practice Team, Service Delivery Disability Services Accommodation Support (DSAS). One position is permanent and one is a 12‑month contract. Responsibilities Develop, manage and implement work plans that support the effective delivery of services relevant to the business unit. Provide high level advice and direction in relation to service initiatives. Consult and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to support the development and implementation of procedures and projects. Undertake research, investigations, analysis and provide advice to senior management and staff. Prepare a range of written materials including cabinet submissions, executive correspondence, briefing material, procedures, guides and information papers. Develop and maintain systems for the effective monitoring, reporting and tracking of the project. Recognise and contribute to the DSAS Governance Structure, supporting quality outcomes for staff and participants through the delivery of quality services and continuous improvement.
